These terms apply to your use of pouchelle.shop and to purchases made through it. The store is operated by Pouchelle LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N, Albuquerque, NM 87110, United States (“Pouchelle”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order or using the site, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We try to show our products as accurately as possible, but colors may look slightly different on different screens and measurements can vary by a small amount. Product details are provided for guidance.

2. Prices

Prices are shown in the currency displayed in the store. We pay the customs duties and import taxes on your order, so you will not be asked to pay them at delivery. We may change prices at any time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay. If we find a pricing error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Pack sizes and quantity pricing

Some products are sold in pack sizes (for example 1, 5 or 10 pieces). The pack size you choose at checkout is the quantity of that product you will receive, in the color or option you select. Larger packs are priced at a lower price per piece; the price per piece and the savings are shown on the product page. Prices are in US dollars. Pack contents and quantities are shown before you pay.

If you need a quantity that is not listed, email contact@pouchelle.shop and we will send you a quote. Quotes are only binding once we confirm them in writing.

3. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch your order or confirm it by email. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of stock problems, pricing errors, suspected fraud or an address we cannot deliver to. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you.

4. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout using the methods shown there. Payments are processed by third-party providers, and we do not store your full card details.

5. Shipping and delivery

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and selected other countries shown at checkout. Shipping is free. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and are described on our Shipping & Delivery page. Risk of loss passes to you when the order is delivered.

6. Returns and refunds

You can return eligible items within 14 days of delivery as described in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms. You must contact us before returning an item, and you are responsible for the cost of shipping the return back to us. Refunds are started after the returned item reaches our warehouse and passes our checks.

7. Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including the Pouchelle name, logos, text, images and designs, belongs to Pouchelle or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

10. Disclaimer and limit of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and products are provided without warranties other than those that cannot be excluded by law, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under mandatory consumer law, including EU and UK consumer law (such as the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015), the Australian Consumer Law and applicable Canadian provincial consumer protection laws, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live and may bring a claim in the courts there.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.
